We are now on the lookout for an experienced Logistics Coordinator to assist with with billing, invoicing, and couriers:
This role will entail the following main responsibilities
- Invoicing - Checking orders and invoicing the items before they get packed by packing team
- Billing - Receiving the items in the warehouse, cross-checking rates and billing the items
- Shipments - Creating shipment labels for couriers and ensuring all orders processed and dispatched with courier partners by the day's cut off time
- Packing orders
- In addition to this, you may be required to assist the Operations team with Adhoc requests in the warehouse.
What are we looking for?
- Prior work experience in logistics, purchasing, inventory management, or supply chain is required
- Previous experience in e-commerce, start-up or fast-paced environment is a huge plus!
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office
- Structured, organized and fast-worker
- Quick with numbers
- Attention to detail and good communication
- Sense of responsibility and ownership - someone who enjoys taking initiative and can work independently
- High energy – someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Fast learner with an interest in learning new skills
- Able to join immediately
