About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Property Consultant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage high-value transactions while mentoring junior agents. This is a commission-based role, offering unlimited earning potential for seasoned professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage high-value real estate transactions in Abu Dhabi’s metropolitan areas.
- Provide expert guidance to clients on buying, selling, and leasing properties.
- Conduct market research and comparative analysis to provide clients with accurate property valuations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and investors.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently.
- Stay updated on market trends, legal regulations, and industry developments.
- Mentor and support junior agents to enhance team performance.
- Promote properties through various marketing channels, including social media and networking events.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in real estate sales (minimum 5+ years preferred).
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s real estate market and regulations.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- UAE driving license and own vehicle is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or Spanish are a plus.
