Job Title: Leasing Agent
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handle rental inquiries from clients via phone calls, emails, and in person
- Develop property listings by building rapport and reaching out to potential tenants and clients
- List and market properties for rent through various platforms
- Negotiate offers and finalize rental contracts
- Perform comparative market analysis to estimate property values
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate or any sales-related field
- Knowledge of real estate markets and best practices
- Proven ability to achieve leasing targets
- Capable of working independently and within a team
- Highly motivated and goal-oriented
- Strong negotiation and communication skills

Minimum Qualifications:
- Open to all nationalities
- Must have a valid driver’s license and own a car
- Proficient in both Arabic and English
- Sales experience (any industry)
