Location: Saif Zone, Sharjah, UAE
Multi Trade Group is a leading industrial manufacturing company in Saif Zone, Sharjah. We are currently looking for experienced Machine Operators to join our production team.
Open Positions (2 vacancies each):
- Twin Extruder Machine Operator
- Thermo Machine Operator
- Injection Moulding Machine Operator
- PET Extruder Machine Operator
Experience Required:
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience operating respective machines.
- Strong technical knowledge in troubleshooting, maintenance and production efficiency.
Key Tasks (Responsibilities):
- Operate assigned machines as per production schedule and standards.
- Monitor machine performance, adjust settings and ensure optimal efficiency.
- Conduct routine checks and report any mechanical / electrical issues.
- Ensure proper handling of raw materials and finished products.
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, safe working environment.
- Record daily production data and report to the Production Supervisor.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Production Efficiency: Achieving daily / weekly production targets.
- Quality Standards: Minimizing rejections, ensuring defect-free products.
- Machine Uptime: Reducing downtime through proper operation and reporting.
- Safety Compliance: Zero accidents or safety violations.
- Waste Reduction: Optimal use of materials to reduce scrap and wastage.
- Reporting Accuracy: Timely and correct submission of production reports.
