Pioneer Cement Industries is seeking an experienced Machine Tool Operator to join our team. If you have hands-on experience in machine operations and precision manufacturing, we encourage you to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, grinders, and drilling machines.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Set up and calibrate tools for precision machining.
- Inspect finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor machine issues.
- Follow workplace safety regulations and company policies.
Job Requirements:
- ITI or Technical Diploma in Machining/Fitting (or equivalent).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
- Experience in machine setup, tool calibration, and quality control.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and preventive maintenance.
