Responsibilities:
- Ensure the counter is well-maintained and in good condition at all times
- Keep the counter and bins clean and organized
- Regularly check and refill bins to maintain optimal stock levels
- Follow the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) system for stock rotation (training will be provided)
- Greet customers warmly and courteously
- Assist customers by packing items according to their preferences
- Explain the quality and characteristics of products to customers (training will be provided)
- Operate the weighing scale accurately (training will be provided)
