We are seeking a skilled and experienced Procurement Manager to oversee and manage all procurement and supply chain activities. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of sourcing construction-related materials, vendor management, and contract negotiation. You will ensure cost-effective purchasing while maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Identify reliable suppliers and vendors for materials, equipment, and services.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to secure advantageous deals.
- Manage the procurement team, assigning tasks and supervising performance.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other departments to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand for materials and equipment.
- Evaluate supplier performance and resolve any supply issues or disputes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations.
- Prepare regular reports on procurement performance, savings, and supplier evaluations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in procurement, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.
- Strong background in the construction or engineering sector is preferred.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of UAE/local market suppliers, materials, and logistics.
- Proficient in procurement software, ERP systems, and MS Office Suite.
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Certification in procurement or supply chain (e.g., CIPS, CPM) is an added advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Multilingual skills are a plus.

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
