Key Accountabilities:
- Accountable for achievement of Revenue targets for the WiFi Products & Services, in order to ensure defined revenue KPIs are met.
- Product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle of the WiFI Products & Services in order to grow the portfolio and sustain growth.
- Conceptualize, develop & manage new Products & Services in order to enhance existing WiFi products portfolio and generate additional streams for revenue.
- Track and analyses competitor activity including: pricing and propositions, market intelligence, comparative user experiences in order to have a competitive edge.
- Drive target penetration and usage of WiFi Products & Services in order to maximise revenue.
- Recommend product pricing in order to meet target revenue and profitability goals.
- Develop new revenue streams & ensuring Customer Delight through enhancement of the WiFi Products & Services in order to sustain profitable growth.
- Manage and develop relationships with WiFi hotspot partners to build up a WiFi ecosystem optimizing business opportunities for du.
- Manage the cross functional teams across marketing, technology, information technology, legal, training, customer care and sales in order to ensure the successful launch and go to market and meet customer expectations.
- Develop understanding of other business areas that interact or relate to WiFi such as Segments, Big Data, CVP, offloading.
- Research and extract data from various sources to support business proposals including identifying new business processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication Engineering and/or business-related degree.
- Good knowledge of the Telecom Industry
Experience
- Minimum 8 – 10 years of experience in a similar role in telecommunication industry
- Good understanding of the technical aspects relating to the products & services
