Job Purpose
This is an exciting, hands-on role supporting the promotion and communication of CPL’s projects with a strong focus on marketing creativity, event coordination, and organizational support. We seek someone with marketing flair, strong administrative skills, and a passion for the fragrance industry.
The successful candidate will help implement marketing strategies, design impactful presentations, support exhibitions and key events, manage internal/external communications, oversee marketing studio operations, and assist the Marketing Manager with a variety of marketing initiatives.

Tasks and Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality PowerPoint presentations and marketing materials to support commercial objectives.
- Coordinate and actively participate in the organization and execution of key exhibitions, client events, and internal initiatives.
- Work alongside the Marketing Manager to deliver seamless marketing support across a range of projects.
- Gather and analyze market trends and insights to inform and enhance marketing campaigns.
- Draft and publish dynamic content for internal and external audiences, positioning CPL as a leader in fragrance technology.
- Carry out general administration tasks, including organising and maintaining the marketing studio space.
- Ensuring all fragrance product requests are completed in a timely manner and stored strategically.
- Managing the ordering, inventory, and stock control of marketing materials and consumables. Ensuring all resources are available, up-to-date and at a high standard.
Skills and Attributes Required
Skills and Knowledge
- Strong marketing nous, with a flair for storytelling, engagement, and visual communication.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in the fragrance, beauty, or FMCG industries.
- A real passion for the fragrance industry and creative marketing.
- Exceptional PowerPoint design and presentation skills.
- Excellent administrative and organisational abilities.
- Ability to proactively support event organisation and project execution.
- Solid understanding of marketing principles and a strategic mindset.
- Ability to analyse market data and translate insights into action.
- Creative, solutions-oriented thinker who can bring fresh ideas to marketing initiatives.
- Proficient in marketing/trend software and tools like EuroMonitor and WGSN.
