JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a talented and motivated Marketing Coordinator who has strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, creativity, and ability to work effectively in a team.
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
1. COPYWRITING
· Write copy for all marketing collaterals: website, emails, social media post, tactical campaign, performance marketing copy, newsletter
· Deliver content as per tone of voice and with no grammar/spelling mistakes
2. PROJECT COORDINATION
· Receive all requests, evaluate the brief compliance to process or cancel the request and communicate with the requester
· Follow up on request from brief to delivery with all stakeholders (Program Managers, CRM, Management, etc.)
· Sharing all content for approval with the right stakeholders
3. SOCIAL MEDIA
· Maintain the brand social media pages as per requirements (updates, info, etc.)
· Responding to any comments over social media platforms and interact with followers
· Create monthly content calendar, collect content from Program Managers and publish across all platforms including but not limited social media and blogs.
· Manage social media accounts on behalf of missing Program Managers inactive accounts
· Track all weekly Program Managers social media posts
4. TEAM SUPPORT
· Maintain the template library on Canva
· Follow up on deadlines with creative suppliers
· Update the blog (when required
Required Skills and Education and Certification:
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing or related field (MBA is a plus)
· Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
· Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal.
· Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience.
