1. Project Ownership
- Lead and
deliver on one key strategic project, from ideation through execution and
performance tracking.
2. Brand Management Support
- Assist
the Group Product Manager in executing marketing plans for ORS Olive Oil,
Hobby and Dabur brands.
- Analyze
market trends, consumer behavior, and sales performance to uncover
insights that inform brand strategy.
- Contribute
to creative development for campaigns and brand collaterals.
3. Campaigns & Content Support:
- Collaborate
on digital marketing campaigns, especially Instagram, TikTok, YouTube
Shorts
- Help
coordinate influencer collaborations, engagement campaigns, and content
planning.
- Analyze
campaign performance through digital dashboards and reporting tools.
4. Product & Innovation Assistance:
- Work with
cross-functional teams on packaging development, claims, and regulatory
requirements.
- Assist in
formulating communication for new product launches with our Creative
designer.
5. Project Management & Coordination
- Help
manage agency timelines and ensure campaign elements are delivered on time.
- Engage
with internal stakeholders—Creative, Supply Chain, R&D, Regulatory—for
smooth execution of marketing tasks.
Requirements
- Passion for brand marketing and consumer behavior.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of Canva or similar tools is a plus.
- Analytical, curious, and detail-oriented with good communication skills.
- Prior internship or project experience in marketing/branding is a plus but not mandatory.
- African nationalities are preferred.
