Are you passionate about water sports and digital marketing? Join our dynamic team at AL ALI YACHTS in Dubai! We are looking for a Marketing Manager who will be responsible for managing our website, Google Ads campaigns, and social media presence, driving engagement, and helping us grow our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Website Management:
Oversee website content and ensure it is up-to-date, engaging, and aligned with our brand identity.
Manage the user experience (UX) and interface (UI), ensuring the website is user-friendly and optimized for conversions.
Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and increase site traffic.
Collaborate with the design and development teams to enhance site features and functionality.
Regularly analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics and provide recommendations for improvements.
Google Ads Management:
Develop, implement, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Video).
Continuously optimize campaigns to improve ROI, CTR, and conversion rates.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and create ad copy that resonates with target audiences.
Set up remarketing campaigns and track performance metrics to refine and improve campaigns.
Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to senior management.
Social Media Management:
Create, curate, and manage all published content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
Develop and execute social media strategies that build brand awareness, drive engagement, and attract new customers.
Monitor social media trends, identify opportunities, and implement creative ideas to keep our content fresh and relevant.
Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster a positive online community.
Use social media analytics tools to track performance and adjust strategies based on data insights.
Coordinate influencer partnerships and collaborations to boost brand visibility.
Other Responsibilities:
Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives.
Manage email marketing campaigns, including promotions, newsletters, and customer engagement initiatives.
Stay up to date with the latest trends in digital marketing, particularly in the water sports industry.
Collaborate with designers, photographers, and videographers to create engaging marketing materials.
Requirements:
Proven experience in digital marketing (website management, Google Ads, social media).
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).
Ability to create engaging content for a variety of platforms.
Strong communication and project management skills.
Passion for water sports and understanding of the industry is a plus!
Experience in running ad campaigns that lead to measurable business outcomes.
Creative thinking, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing tasks.
