We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our brand growth and digital presence. This is a unique role that combines strategic marketing, digital expertise, creative design, and content creation to take our brand to the next level.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing
- Plan, implement, and optimize integrated digital campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Manage and grow company social media accounts with engaging, consistent content
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to boost website traffic and visibility
- Run email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and lead nurturing workflows
- Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and recommend improvements
Graphic Design
- Create impactful marketing materials: banners, flyers, catalogs, packaging, website assets, social media creatives
- Ensure brand identity is maintained across all design outputs
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to produce effective promotional content
Photography & Editing
- Conduct professional product and studio photography sessions
- Edit high-quality photos for e-commerce, catalogs, and marketing campaigns
- Maintain and organize a visual content library for upcoming campaigns and product launches
Content Creation
- Write compelling short-form and long-form content for web, blogs, email, and social media
- Stay ahead of trends to create fresh, engaging, and relevant content
- Support video content creation (experience in video editing is a plus)
Qualifications
- Proven experience in digital marketing, graphic design, and content creation
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media, and analytics tools
- Proficiency with design software (Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent)
- Photography and photo-editing expertise
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
- Creative thinker with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
