Medical Sales Representative – Job Responsibilities
We are seeking a results-driven Medical Sales Representative with experience in medical consumables to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of medical products to healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, and other medical institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell a range of medical consumables to hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and healthcare providers.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers in the medical field.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for healthcare professionals.
- Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and market feedback using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional initiatives and product launches.
- Stay up to date with the latest medical product developments and industry regulations.
- Provide timely and accurate sales reports to management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in medical consumables sales is required.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel as required within the territory.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Valid driving license.
