Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled FM Supervisor with a minimum of 2 years of experience in school facility management. The ideal candidate should have an MEP qualification, possess excellent English communication skills, and be proficient in MS Office applications, CAD drawings, and email correspondence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily facility management operations within the school premises.
- Oversee MEP-related maintenance activities and ensure timely resolutions.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams for smooth operations.
- Prepare reports, maintain records, and handle official communications.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of FM supervisory experience in a school environment.
- MEP qualification is mandatory.
- Strong English communication skills (written & verbal).
- Proficiency in MS Office, CAD drawings, and email correspondence.
