Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise all MEP activities as per approved project plans and schedules.
- Oversee day-to-day MEP site operations and ensure work is executed efficiently.
- Coordinate with civil, architectural, and other departments to streamline work progress.
- Supervise, monitor, and guide MEP technicians and subcontractors on-site.
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and maintain inspection logs.
- Ensure materials used meet project specifications and quality standards.
- Collaborate with CAD/BIM teams to update As-Built drawings.
- Lead MEP testing and commissioning activities effectively.
- Oversee the rectification of snags and assist in obtaining final inspections and approvals.
- Attend to and resolve post-handover maintenance and operational issues related to MEP systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 6 years of proven experience in MEP supervision in the Interior fit-out industry.
- In-depth knowledge of MEP systems, project execution, and site coordination.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficient in reading technical drawings and specifications.
- Working knowledge of MEP testing and commissioning processes.
- Familiarity with safety and quality standards.
- Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
