We are hiring FEMALE MMA Trainer (Mixed Martial Arts) on our new MMA Gym in Abudhabi.
- Certified MMA Trainer (Muay Thai, BJJ, Boxing,Kick Boxing, Sparring, Wrestling etc.)
- Prior experience teaching martial arts to students of varying ages and fitness levels.
- Salary plus Commission basis.
- Proven ability to prepare students or adults for participation in local, national, and international tournaments is preferred.

- Conduct initial fitness evaluations to understand clients' physical abilities, fitness levels, and health goals.
- Regularly reassess clients’ progress and adjust training programs accordingly.
- Incorporate MMA-based training, functional fitness, and traditional workout techniques to create dynamic sessions.
- Continuously monitor and adapt workout plans to ensure progression and avoid plateaus.
- Provide one-on-one and group training sessions, ensuring proper technique and form to minimize injury risk.
- Offer guidance on stretching, warm-ups, and cool-down exercises to enhance performance and recovery.
- Educate clients on exercise principles, muscle function, and the benefits of regular physical activity.
- Inspire and motivate clients to reach their fitness goals through encouragement and positive reinforcement.
- Address clients’ challenges, providing solutions to overcome barriers like lack of motivation or time constraints.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive environment, helping clients build confidence and a sense of achievement.
- Ensure gym equipment is used correctly and safely by clients.
- Regularly inspect equipment and report any maintenance issues to management.
- Maintain a clean and organized training space before, during, and after sessions.
- Maintain accurate records of clients’ attendance, progress, and training schedules.
- Adhere to gym policies and ensure clients follow safety guidelines and facility rules.
- Assist with organizing and leading gym events, fitness challenges, or competitions.
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage long-term membership and program adherence.
- Actively engage with gym members to answer questions, provide fitness tips, and promote gym services.
- Stay updated with the latest fitness trends, techniques, and certifications.
- Attend workshops, seminars, or courses to enhance knowledge of MMA and fitness training.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Eagle Fitness & MMA Gym by promoting its services and facilities to clients.
- Encourage members to explore additional services, such as nutrition counseling or specialized MMA programs.
- Strong knowledge of exercise techniques, training principles, and anatomy.
- Proficiency in MMA techniques and their application to fitness routines.
- Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and adapt to clients' communication styles.
- Inspire clients to stay consistent and overcome challenges.
- Prioritize injury prevention and adhere to safety protocols during training sessions.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor to build rapport with clients.
- Effectively manage multiple clients and training schedules.
