Al Marwan Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction industry administration and be capable of managing both project-related documentation and office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all project-related documentation, contracts, and records.
- Oversee and guide project document controllers to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain organized filing systems for contracts, correspondence, and project records.
- Handle overall office administration, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Coordinate with project teams and management to support project needs.
- Utilize computer systems and software to maintain documentation and office tasks.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of document control, contracts, and project documentation.
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
- Proficiency in MS Office and related software tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
