Job Title: Office Boy/ Office Assistant
Location: Ajman
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and guests as required.
- Assist in photocopying, scanning, filing, and delivering internal documents.
- Support reception duties such as handling minor courier deliveries or welcoming guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the office, pantry, and meeting rooms.
- Monitor pantry and office supply stock and report when replenishment is needed.
- Run errands such as banking, purchasing office supplies, and delivering documents outside the office when required.
- Assist various departments with packing, organizing, and basic office tasks.
- Set up meeting rooms before and after meetings, including refreshments and materials.
- Handle minor maintenance tasks or coordinate with maintenance personnel if needed.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Basic communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Trustworthy, punctual, and hardworking.
- Polite and professional behavior with a positive attitude.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Physically fit and able to lift light items if required.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of basic office equipment (printer, scanner, etc.).
- Familiarity with basic hygiene and safety practices.
- Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
