Office Assistant / Office Boy

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Boy to support our daily office operations. The ideal candidate will possess essential computer skills to handle administrative tasks efficiently, ensuring smooth workflow and organization within the office.

• Manage and replenish office supplies and pantry items as needed.
• Assist in photocopying, scanning, and filing documents both physically and electronically.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Support administrative staff with data entry and basic document preparation using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Operate standard office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines.
• Ensure proper maintenance of office equipment and report any malfunctions.
