The Office Boy will provide general support to ensure smooth daily operations in the workplace. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, serving refreshments to staff and visitors, running errands, and assisting with basic administrative tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Keep the office clean and tidy at all times (pantry, meeting rooms, desks, etc.)
Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and guests
Assist with photocopying, scanning, and other clerical work
Handle deliveries and distribute mail/packages
Run small errands inside and outside the office
Ensure office supplies are stocked and organized
Support the administrative team as required
