We are looking for a skilled Contract Administrator to join our team in Dubai. This is a technical role focused on managing contracts within engineering and architectural projects—not an office coordination or clerical admin position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and manage contracts for consultancy and construction projects
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms, legal requirements, and project specifications
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to resolve contractual issues
- Monitor contract performance and support claims and variations
- Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- Proven experience in contract administration within the engineering or architectural consultancy sector
- Strong understanding of FIDIC and UAE contract law
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Must be currently based in Dubai
