MAIN OBJECTIVE OF ROLE: To drive revenue maximization by analyzing market trends, measuring key KPIs, solving operations research challenges and subsequently implementing effective, creative and user-friendly system solutions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Evaluates trends in market conditions using information available from various sources, including market intelligence reports relative to competitor activities as well as political, economic and industry developments.
- Creates detailed data-driven reports, analyze and draw conclusions to provide business teams and management with insights on performance.
- Identifies and employs appropriate quantitative and qualitative tools for effective presentation of management information to Senior Management.
- Continuously measures the effectiveness of existing business strategies and processes and propose improvements.
- Provides inputs into the development of models and algorithms with the objective of improving key revenue management KPIs such as RASK, yield and revenue.
- Works closely with IT and business teams to provide system & report requirements. Tests, delivers and supports effective & efficient commercial systems that drive revenue maximizing capabilities.
- Bachelor's Degree (3+ years)
- Engineering / Finance / Statistics / Accounting / Economics / Mathematics.
- Fluent in English
