Sales & Operations Executive – Lift and Elevator Division

About the Company:
Affordable Group of Companies is a UAE-based organization specializing in integrated technical and facility solutions. Our Lift & Elevator Division is growing, and we are seeking a capable and results-driven Sales & Operations Executive to manage both sales and day-to-day operational activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies for elevators, escalators, and vertical transport systems
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through client visits, networking, and cold calling
- Manage client accounts and ensure satisfaction throughout project lifecycles
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and installation teams to ensure timely delivery and project completion
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and contracts
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and installation progress
- Ensure compliance with local safety and regulatory standards
- Maintain documentation and support invoicing and payment collection processes
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in lift/elevator sales and operations
- Strong technical understanding of lift and elevator systems (passenger, freight, car lifts, etc.)
- Excellent negotiation and client relationship management skills
- Strong organizational and project coordination abilities
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of CRM systems is a plus
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
