1. Data Management
- Update and maintain the customer relationship management (CRM) system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Track and report sales and marketing performance metrics, including leads, conversions, and revenue.
- Assist in the collection and analysis of data to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
2. Sales Support
- Support the sales team with client inquiries, preparing sales quotes, proposals, and presentations.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and client visits.
- Handle order processing, follow-ups, and delivery schedules for sales-related tasks.
- Assist with maintaining and updating sales collateral such as brochures, product sheets, and pricing lists.
3. Marketing Support
- Help in the creation and distribution of marketing materials, newsletters, and social media posts.
- Assist in organizing events, webinars, and trade shows, including logistics and marketing activities.
- Track marketing campaigns and gather feedback to improve future efforts.
- Help in managing content on the company’s website and social media platforms.
5. Customer Support
- Act as a liaison between customers and the sales/marketing teams, handling inquiries and providing information about products/services.
- Assist with managing customer feedback and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
4. Reporting and Analytics
- Prepare regular reports on sales and marketing activities and their outcomes.
- Monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and promotions and suggest improvements.
5. Coordination
- Coordinate between different departments (sales, marketing, finance, and logistics) to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain and update the inventory of marketing materials, ensuring availability when needed.
6. Database and Lead Management
- Assist in lead generation efforts by managing email campaigns and tracking responses.
- Help manage and maintain a database of leads, prospects, and customers.

Experience:
- Sales and Marketing executive: 2 years (Required)
