Majlix is seeking a dynamic and energetic Sales & Marketing Executive who will be responsible for promoting our brand, services, and products through outdoor and field marketing. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, a go-getter attitude, and the ability to represent the company in public and commercial spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively promote the Majlix brand in public areas, exhibitions, events, and business locations.
- Conduct door-to-door marketing, distribute flyers, and introduce the brand to potential clients.
- Generate leads through face-to-face interactions and outdoor promotions.
- Identify and approach potential business partnerships.
- Maintain records of daily marketing activities and leads generated.
- Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into customers.
- Provide feedback from the field to help improve marketing strategies.
- Represent Majlix professionally and positively in all interactions.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in outdoor sales or marketing preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, energetic, and outgoing personality.
- Self-motivated and result-driven.
- Must be comfortable working in the field and in outdoor environments.
- Basic understanding of the local market and customer behavior.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
