Key Responsibilities:
New Business Development:
- Identify and target potential clients in the UAE building materials market.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
Sales Growth:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive selling and effective negotiation.
- Promote cash sales to improve cash flow and enhance financial performance.
Product Knowledge:
- Stay informed about the company's product offerings and updates.
- Communicate product features and benefits to clients effectively.
Reporting:
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights into market trends and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop and implement sales strategies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Salesman in the building materials industry in the UAE.
- Strong understanding of the UAE market, with established connections in the building materials sector.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Valid UAE driving license and own transportation.
