PPF Technician – Automotive Division

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented PPF Technician to join our automotive team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in applying Paint Protection Film (PPF), vinyl wraps, and related automotive surface protection services. Precision, patience, and craftsmanship are essential to deliver high-quality finishes that meet customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare vehicle surfaces for PPF application, ensuring cleanliness and smoothness.
- Accurately measure, cut, and install Paint Protection Film on various vehicle panels.
- Use heat guns, squeegees, and other tools to ensure flawless application without bubbles or wrinkles.
- Perform vinyl wrapping, tinting, and detailing services when required.
- Inspect finished work to ensure perfect fit and finish.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean working environment.
- Follow company standards for quality and safety.
- Provide professional customer service when needed and address client concerns.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in PPF application (UAE or GCC experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of automotive films, adhesives, and installation techniques.
- Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills (English required; Arabic is an advantage).
- UAE driving license preferred.

Typical Salary Range in Abu Dhabi:
- AED 3,500 – 5,000
- Overtime + incentives per car
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
