Key Responsibilities:
- Assist painters with surface preparation (cleaning, sanding, masking, etc.).
- Carry and organize paints, brushes, rollers, and tools.
- Help in mixing paints and ensuring correct color/consistency.
- Maintain cleanliness of tools and work area.
- Follow safety guidelines and supervisor instructions.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a helper in painting is an advantage.
- Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks.
- Willing to learn and work in a team environment.
- Ability to follow instructions carefully.
