Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of Kadhai dishes, curries, and BBQ specialties to perfection.
- Ensure high-quality food presentation and taste consistency.
- Manage kitchen operations for your section, including ingredient preparation and storage.
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards in the kitchen.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to innovate and improve menu items.
Requirements:
- Minimum total 10years of experience as a Kadhai and/or BBQ Cook and 2years in the Uae.
- Expertise in traditional Indian/Pakistani cooking techniques.
- Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
