Education - Degree in Law
Experience - 4-5 years . law firm experience is must.
All communication is in Arabic.
Key Responsibilities.
- Draft, review, and manage contracts including distribution agreements, vendor contracts, business associate agreements (BAAs), and nondisclosure agreements (NDAs)
- Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, pleadings, and other legal documents
- Assist with litigation management for customers, vendors, employee related matters, document production, and legal holds as needed
- Track and help implement changes to labor and employment regulations affecting the company
- Prepare and organize case files, discovery materials, and evidence
- Assist attorneys with case preparation and trial support
- Review and summarize depositions, transcripts, and witness statements

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
