maternity leave. The role will commence from the beginning of September 2025 until late
November 2025.
The main objective of the role is to provide excellent customer care and support to the School’s
customers, our parents. A significant element of the role is focused on the administration and
management of specific school systems which support parents in receiving and accessing key
information shared by the School.
Previous experience of senior administrative work and software systems is essential.
Knowledge and use of the Google Workspaces, SOCS applications and iSAMS is highly
desirable. Candidates will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
There is an expectation to be adaptable, motivated and to be able to work closely with a range
of stakeholders. Attention to detail is key, and they will need to have proven trouble-shooting
experience and be able to work to strict deadlines.
The hours would be 7.15am until 3pm Monday to Thursday and 7.15am until 12pm on Fridays.
The successful candidate will be fluent in English, and should be educated to degree level
and/or have relevant working experience. The successful candidate will need to have their own
sponsorship.
