Job Purpose
To supervise the professional support given to the internal & external customers, to accurately identifying their parts requirements and assisting them to make cost benefit purchasing decisions in order to achieve/exceed budgeted sales targets

Functional Roles and Responsibilities
- Attend to the customers enquiries, check the availability of the required parts and organize the delivery within prescribed standard time.
- Source parts, if not available in stock, from other locations to meet the urgent requirement of the customers. Alternatively order through inventory department to ensure delivery at an agreed date
- Prepare “Sales Return Note” if the sold item is returned by customers; adjust the stock and payments accordingly to reflect the correct situation of available stock and sales revenue.
- Promote sale of accessories with all customers to increase sales/profitability of the business.
- Contribute towards co-ordination of promotions/campaigns relating to seasonal products and slow moving inventory.
- Make regular visits to all credit customers to ensure business continuity and to resolve any outstanding customer issues/concerns.
- Handle escalated customer complaints relating to delay in supply or supply of defective/ damaged/ wrong parts. Explain the reasons and re-dress their grievances to ensure the continuity of the business
People Management Roles and Responsibilities
- Guide and motivate subordinates to enhance performance and produce quality work, and ensure that they are continuously developed for higher level roles
Job Requirements
Education/Certification and Continued Education
- Diploma in Automobile Engineering or similar field

- 5+ years total relevant experience
- 1-2 years Supervisory experience
