We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Patrolling Security Supervisor to oversee security operations across assigned locations. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in mobile security supervision, excellent leadership skills, and a valid Patrolling Security Supervisor License.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular mobile patrols to ensure security presence and monitor site conditions.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of on-site security officers.
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergency situations.
- Prepare detailed incident and patrol reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and legal requirements.
- Provide support and training to security team members.
- Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and emergency services when needed.
Requirements:
- Valid Patrolling Security Supervisor License (Mandatory)
- With experience in a similar supervisory security role
- Excellent knowledge of security operations and safety practices
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
