Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Payroll Accountant to join our Interior Fit-out & Joinery client in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in UAE payroll processing, be highly detail-oriented, and possess solid working knowledge of Xpedeon and HSBCNet.
Key Responsibilities:
Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
Maintain and regularly update employee records in Xpedeon.
Coordinate with HR and Accounts Payable for payroll validation.
Upload salary files to HSBCNet for salary disbursement.
Calculate allowances, deductions, and end-of-service benefits.
Handle payroll-related employee and bank queries efficiently.
Prepare accurate payroll reports for management.
Reconcile end-of-service and payroll-related accounts.
Requirements:
2-3 years of payroll experience, preferably in the Interior Fit-out & Joinery industry.
Proficient in Xpedeon and HSBCNet.
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and payroll regulations.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Candidates on a visit or a cancelled visa are strongly preferred.
