Oversee the outlet operations, ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to company standards.
Supervise FOH and BOH staffs, ensuring roles are well assigned, breaks are scheduled, and performance is consistent.
Monitor product quality, speed of service, cleanliness, and staff presentation.
Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally and efficiently.
Conduct opening and closing procedures, including cash handling, sales reconciliation, and reporting.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health standards as per UAE regulations.
Coordinate with kitchen and support teams to ensure smooth operations and product availability.
Maintain stock levels and report any shortages or discrepancies to the Area Manager.
Support the training and onboarding of new team members.
Enforce company policies and ensure staff adherence to Joud Coffee brand values.
Act as the first point of contact in the absence of the Area Manager.
