The ideal candidate will have outstanding customer service skills with service at the heart of their actions along with having excellent timekeeping, and work prioritization skills. The focus of the role is to provide a white-glove service to customers by serving exquisite food, drink, and other consumables at events and in their rooms.
Responsibilities:
1. Performs relaxation back and foot massage.
2. Serving Chairman and guests and setting up table for meals including breakfast, lunch and dinner.
3. Maintain strict confidentiality about the Chairman’s private life and affairs.
4. Ensure discretion when handling personal information, documents and correspondence.
5. Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene guidance at all times.
6. Maintain a detailed understanding of the Chairman’s preferences, routines, and schedules.
7. Ensure high standards of hospitality, etiquette, and comfort at all times.
8. Oversee the organization, cleanliness, and functionality of private residences and guest areas.
9. Coordinate with household staff (chefs, housekeepers, drivers, etc.) to maintain smooth operations, create a groceries list.
10. Handle travel arrangements, including private and commercial bookings, visas, and itineraries.
11. Accompany or prepare for domestic and international trips, ensuring all personal needs and accommodations are met.

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a personal butler, VIP lifestyle manager, or valet—ideally with UHNWIs or in luxury hospitality.
- Formal butler training in hospitality, or household management preferred.
- Exceptional discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
- Fluent in English; additional language (Arabic) is a plus.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and travel.
- Valid driver’s license and/or passport for travel if needed.
