Fintrek Marketing is expanding its dynamic sales force in Abu Dhabi! We are looking for experienced and driven Personal Loan Sales Executives to promote banking products for leading UAE banks. If you're looking for uncapped earnings and a growth-focused career path, this is your opportunity.
Job Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell personal loan products through direct and outdoor sales
- Source new clients via leads, referrals, field visits, and events
- Explain loan products, eligibility, and documentation requirements
- Ensure applications comply with UAE Central Bank regulations
- Meet monthly loan disbursement targets and maintain client relationships
- Track and follow up on potential leads for conversion
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in personal loan or banking sales in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of loan products, documentation, and compliance
- Excellent communication, selling, and negotiation skills
- Target-driven with a go-getter attitude
- Fluent in English (Multilingual candidates are a plus)
- Must be currently in Abu Dhabi or ready to relocate
