Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell personal loan products from top UAE banks
- Identify client financial needs and offer tailored loan solutions
- Drive new customer acquisition through proactive sales
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Use CRM tools to track and manage customer interactions
- Stay updated with UAE banking regulations and market insights
Who We're Looking For:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in personal loans or retail banking (UAE or home country)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Must be currently based in the UAE and ready to join immediately
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer management
- Knowledge of UAE financial products and compliance is a plus
