About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Photographer with experience in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for capturing high-quality images and videos of residential and commercial properties to be used for marketing, listings, and promotional purposes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Capture professional photos and videos of properties (interior, exterior, and community areas).
- Edit and enhance images/videos to meet marketing standards.
- Coordinate with the sales and leasing team to schedule property shoots.
- Ensure timely delivery of media for listings and advertising platforms.
- Maintain photography equipment in excellent working condition.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a real estate photographer (portfolio required).
- Candidate must be located in Dubai. (Mandatory)
- Proficiency in photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to showcase properties in the best light.
- Familiarity with drone photography/videography is a plus.
- Valid UAE driving license preferred.
