We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Plumbing Draughtsman with at least 2 years of experience in the UAE to join our MEP design team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop accurate plumbing and drainage shop drawings using AutoCAD.
- Prepare layouts for water supply, sewage, stormwater, and firefighting systems.
- Interpret architectural and structural drawings for service coordination.
- Ensure compliance with UAE building codes and Dubai Municipality / ADM / DCD standards.
- Work closely with engineers and site teams for design adjustments and approvals.
- Support in preparing as-built drawings and revisions as required.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Mechanical Drafting or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the UAE as a Plumbing Draughtsman.
- Good knowledge of UAE plumbing regulations and municipality submission standards.
- Experience working with consultants and contractors in the UAE.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
