Job Summary:
They are looking to hire a Public Relations Officer (PRO) with relevant experience of 5-7 years for managing all government-related documentation and ensuring compliance with UAE laws and regulations.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience working within the DIFC and/or ADGM regulatory environments. They should possess exceptional networking skills and maintain strong professional connections that can actively contribute to expanding our client base, particularly for our specialized services in M&A, transfer pricing, Internal Audit and Investment Banking.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the official representative in all government-related matters including DED (Dubai Economy), MOHRE (Ministry of Human Resources & Emiratization), Immigration, Ministry of Labor, and other authorities. Maintain strong working relationships with relevant Government Authorities.
- Manage visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and Emirates ID processing for employees and dependents.
- Ensure timely renewal and updates of trade licenses, establishment cards, labour card, labour insurance, tenancy Contracts (Ejari) and other regulatory permits.
- Prepare, submit, and follow up on all required documents for government approvals..
- Maintaining thorough knowledge of UAE labour laws and immigration regulations including amendments, ministerial decisions and cabinet decisions. Manage and liaison for notarization and attestation of documents at MOFA, Notary Public.
- Coordinate medical tests and health insurance for visa applicants.
- Coordinating with UAE Mainland and/ or Free Zone authorities for company formation, renewals and compliance. Maintain accurate records of all government transactions and documentation.
- Resolve issues related to government procedures or documentation delays impacting client services.
- Supporting internal teams with documentation and compliance-related queries
- Track all PRO related expenses and submit regular reports to management.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience as a PRO in the UAE (minimum 5 - 7 years preferred).
- Strong understanding of UAE labor, immigration, and commercial laws.
- Experience working within DIFC and/or ADGM regulatory environments.
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and government portals (e.g., MOHRE, GDRFA).
