We are urgently seeking talented and experienced Production manager to join our team.

Responsibilities
- Plan and draw up a Production Plan schedule for each season with inputs from Designer Team and seek approval from Creative head.
- Implement, oversee and control the production schedule including setting targets to individuals.
- Supervise, review and revise scheduling, if required
- Monitor and regulate staffing needs to ensure optimum staffing levels are supporting business demands
- Analyse production, quality control and budgetary outcome in Production.
- Oversee Fabric and accessories use and equipment stock and tracking programs for increased financial effectiveness
- Implement cost control programs or procedures
- Oversee, monitor and direct coordination of company issued equipment, to include tools and machineries.
- Work under time constraints to meet specific timelines.
- Establish and facilitate departmental procedures which in turn enhance the production and efficiency of the department., while supporting safety policies and procedures.
- Making sure the production team remains motivated and is hitting their efficiency targets.
- Monitor productivity rates and product standards and implement quality control programs.
- Set the quality standard.
- Organize the repair of any damaged equipment.
- Assembling and coordinating project staff.
- Placing request for raw materials as and when required.
- To exhibit excellent work ethic, interpersonal, analytical, and troubleshooting skills along with ability to multi-task and on time completion of all assignments
- Present results to CEO periodically
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Production Manager/Coordinator in the garment industry, preferably in high-end women’s fashion.
- Strong understanding of fabric types, patterns, and garment construction.
- Leadership skills with the ability to guide, mentor, and motivate a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Immediate availability to join and contribute to a fast-paced environment.
