Central Quarry & Mining, a trusted name in the UAE’s aggregate industry, is looking for an experienced Production Manager with hands-on expertise in Metso crusher systems. If you have the skills and drive to lead production at a high-capacity quarry, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily production operations, ensuring maximum performance of Metso crushers and related equipment.
- Implement process improvements to reduce downtime and increase efficiency.
- Lead, train, and inspire the production team to uphold safety and quality standards.
- Monitor performance data, analyze results, and drive continuous improvements.
- Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and operations teams for seamless plant operations.
Requirements:
- Proven expertise with Metso crushers and crushing plant operations.
- Strong leadership and people management experience in a quarry or heavy industry environment.
- Deep understanding of safety, quality, and productivity best practices.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
- Effective communicator with a results-driven mindset.
