We are hiring a professional Female Reception & Hospitality Staff member to take full responsibility for serving guests, providing refreshments, and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality in our offices. The ideal candidate will ensure that all visitors, executives, and clients experience a welcoming and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to guests, staff, and executives in a professional manner.
- Ensure the meeting rooms and reception area are always clean, organized, and ready for use.
- Greet and attend to guests with courtesy and professionalism.
- Coordinate with office staff to provide timely hospitality services during meetings and events.
- Maintain hygiene and presentation standards in all hospitality areas.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in hospitality, guest services, or a similar role preferred.
- Well-groomed and professional appearance.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple hospitality tasks efficiently.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
