PROJECT MANAGER (Fitout Project)
- Prepare detailed project plans, timelines, and resource schedules.
- Review project drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
- Can prepare BOQ and quotations for fitout projects
- Manage project budgets and control costs.
- Monitor expenditures and ensure cost-efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee day-to-day operations on-site and ensure timely completion of milestones.
- Coordinate with engineers, site supervisors, and subcontractors.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal teams.
- Prepare progress reports and attend project meetings with stakeholders.
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Resolve project-related issues swiftly to avoid delays.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Project Manager in contracting or construction projects specifically in Fitout.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- PMP or similar certification is an advantage.
