- Managing big project as deputy worth 150 millions with atleast 12 to 15 years experience in construction field
- Define the project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Scheduling: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including timelines and milestones.
- Budgeting: Prepare and manage the project budget, including cost estimation, allocation, and monitoring.
- Resource Management:
- Team Coordination: Assemble and manage project teams, including subcontractors, suppliers, and internal staff.
- Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively to ensure project tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Contract Management:
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Compliance: Ensure all contracts and agreements are adhered to and manage any changes or disputes.
- Project Execution:
- Task Management: Oversee the execution of construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
- Quality Control: Implement quality control procedures to ensure that construction work meets required standards and specifications.
- Safety Management: Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on-site.
