Job Description:
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Conceptualize Creative Presentations & ensuring that it remains leading edge and ahead of our competition. The presentation must match the client brief and expectations
- Setting, communicating and maintaining timelines and priorities on every project
- Making sure that all the submissions, internal and client presentations are done on time
- Supervising the development, production and delivery of projects from proposal right up to delivery
- Communicating, maintaining and developing client relationships
- Managing operational and administrative functions with the respective departments to ensure specific projects are delivered efficiently
- Working with internal support teams, including design resources, technical team, accounts, and admin to meet the RFP deadlines
- Research venues, suppliers and contractors, then negotiate prices and hire strategies
- Complete additional ad hoc reporting as required
- You are expected to build and maintain a strong, long lasting supplier/client accounts.
Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs):
- Produce detailed and creative proposals for events (e.g. timelines, venues, obligations, staffing, and budgets) for existing clients or potential new leads
- Providing leadership, motivation, direction and support to the Project team
- To give clear briefs to all members of the project team to ensure successful completion of the event
- Quality control, reviewing, measuring and evaluating team’s performance, creative output and project process (es)
- Audio Visual ideation and innovation
- Ensuring excellent customer service and quality delivery
- Ensure resource availability and allocation within allocated budgets
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation (Post-Event Reports)
- Delegate project tasks based on junior team members' individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
