We are seeking a Project Manager in interior fit-out, you're diving into a dynamic field that blends construction, design, and client coordination. Here's a quick breakdown of what the role typically involves:
Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning: Develop timelines, budgets, and resource allocations for interior fit-out projects.
- Team Coordination: Work with designers, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution.
- Site Supervision: Oversee daily site activities, ensuring safety, quality, and adherence to design specs.
- Client Communication: Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing expectations and approvals.
- Documentation: Maintain project reports, drawings, BOQs, and handover documents.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design.
- 8–12 years of experience in fit-out project management, especially in commercial or residential sectors.
- Strong knowledge of local authority regulations in the UAE (e.g., DEWA, Trakhees, DDA).
- Proficiency in tools like AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, and project tracking software.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and multitasking abilities.
- Valid UAE Driving License

Pay: AED9,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
