Project Planning & Coordination:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager with an architectural background to oversee and manage interior fit-out projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of design sensibility and technical know-how, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of fit-out projects: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Coordinate with clients, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.
- Interpret architectural and interior design drawings, ensuring alignment with project goals and construction feasibility.
- Review and evaluate architectural and interior design plans for constructability.
- Offer technical input on design optimization, space planning, and materials selection.
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and client specifications.
- Scheduling & Budget Management
- Develop project schedules and manage resources effectively.
- Monitor project costs and ensure alignment with budget estimates.
- Identify and mitigate project risks proactively.
- Quality & Compliance
- Ensure quality control across all stages of the project.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify workmanship and adherence to design intent.
- Ensure all health and safety regulations are strictly followed on site.
- Client & Stakeholder Management:
- Maintain strong communication with clients to manage expectations and approvals.
- Conduct regular progress meetings and prepare reports for stakeholders.
- Address and resolve issues promptly to maintain project momentum.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or related field
- PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in interior fit-out project management, preferably with an architectural consultancy or fit-out contractor.
- Strong understanding of interior detailing, materials, and construction methods.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3dsMax, MS Project, and other project management tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
